Siargao has great surfing conditions, particularly during the southwest " habagat" monsoon from August to November, when the prevailing wind is offshore.It's world-class surf waves that barrels up to nine feet high. It's most popular break, known as “Cloud 9."

A good hour's drive from General Luna to Pilar. A fantastic view of the beach, the rock formations and the tidal or rock pools that appear only during low tide- can be as deep as 18 feet. Bring snorkels and goggles to see the colorful schools of fish and corals.
